	Delivery Typically this package of information, training, and implementation will be delivered at the local church during a two day period beginning on Saturday morning at 8:00 and concluding with the Sunday Morning Service where David Middendorf brings the Sunday message including special music to encourage and challenge the congregation.
Materials Materials used in the two day intensive will consist of a printed folder which will include: Session handouts and worksheets for the activities covered in Saturday’s sessions. 	Cost The cost to a church for this two day intensive will be travel expenses, room, and board for the weekend and a love offering. Arrangement for travel room and board must be determined and verified at least six weeks in advance of the scheduled seminar.
